- Curriculum vitae abreviado del solicitante, incluyendo publicaciones.
- Fotocopia del pasaporte del solicitante.

في حالة الإقامة لغرض بحوث ما بعد الدكتوراه : أ ـ خطة العمل : ينبغي أن تتضمن تبريراً لسبب إجراء البحث في القسم ، والإشارة بشكل واضح إلى خطوط البحث المتوخى العمل عليها ، وأن تورد تواريخ بداية الإقامة ونهايتها . ب ـ سيرة ذاتية موجزة للباحث / الباحثة ، تتضمن الأبحاث المنشورة . جـ ـ صورة لجواز سفر الباحث / الباحثة .
